- 7oz GOOD PLANeT Greek-Style Feta, cubed
- 3 oz GOOD PLANeT Mozzarella Shreds
- 3oz plant-based cream cheese

MADE WITH GOOD PLANeT
Mozzarella
Greek-Style Feta
DIRECTIONS
1.
Preheat the oven to 375*F.
2.
Placed the feta, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, and basil in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Can add couple Tbsp of plant-based milk or water to help with the texture if it’s a bit thick.
3.
Place the pie crust on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Roll out so it’s about 1/3″ in thickness. This does not need to be a perfect shape.
4.
Spread the cheese mixture on the dough, leaving a couple inches around the border. Layer the tomatoes on top of the mixture. Fold the edges and press the sesame seeds into the crust if using. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and make for about 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Garnish with fresh herbs and an extra drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
