INGREDIENTS

  • 6 GOOD PLANeT Pepper Jack Cheese Wedges (1-4oz package)
  • 1 cup GOOD PLANeT Mozzarella Shreds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts in brine, drained and finely chopped
  • Your favorite dippers (chips, toasted bread slices, baby carrots, etc)

DIRECTIONS

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave wedges in 30-second increments, until cheese is softened. Add mozzarella, seasonings, and milk. Mix to combine.

Place the spinach and artichoke hearts into a medium baking dish and pour the cheese mixture on top. Stir to combine.

4.

Bake covered for 10 minutes (or until cheese is melty), then bake for another 10 minutes uncovered (or until edges start to brown). Serve warm with your favorite dippers!
