INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- 1 Tbsp plant-based butter
- 1-7oz GOOD PLANeT Smoked Gouda slices
- 8 oz elbow pasta, cooked and drained
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 strips plant-based bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Scallions (optional)

Smoked Gouda
DIRECTIONS
1.
In a medium saucepan, heat milk and butter over medium heat until butter is fully melted.
2.
Add the sliced olive oil smoked gouda cheese to the pan. Whisk mixture until smooth.
3.
Reduce heat to low, add pasta and stir well.
4.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix in optional bacon crumbles and chopped scallions. Fill up your bowl and enjoy!
