- 12 oz Plant-based puff pastry
- 6 GOOD PLANeT Original Cheese Wedges (1-4oz package)
- 2 medium pears, cored and sliced thin
- 1 tsp sugar
- Honey, for drizzling
- Thyme, for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On the puff pastry, fold the edges in to create an outer crust. Break the wedges into small chunks and place on top of the pastry in an even layer, avoiding crusts. Place the pear slices on top of the cheese and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until edges start to brown and cheese is melted.
Take pastry out of the oven, then drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme.
Once cool, cut the pastry into rectangles and enjoy!
