  • 3 slices GOOD PLANeT Cheddar Slices
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 Tbsp plant-based mayo
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

1.

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Layer the Olive Oil Sharp Cheddar Cheese slices onto the bread to make a sandwich, then spread the butter or mayo on the outside of both slices.

2.

Place the sandwich into the skillet and cook until crisp golden brown. Flip and repeat for the other side. Serve immediately.
