INGREDIENTS

  • Plant-based butter
  • 1 Kaiser roll, sliced in half
  • 2 slices plant-based bacon
  • ½ cup plant-based egg
  • 2 slices GOOD PLANeT Cheddar Slices
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

DIRECTIONS

1.

In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place both halves of the Kaiser roll onto hot skillet, flat side down. Remove from heat once golden brown and set aside. Wipe out any crumbs from the skillet.

In the same skillet, cook two slices of bacon according to package instructions. Add more butter to pan if needed. Remove bacon from pan once cooked.

Melt butter to grease the skillet and cook eggs according to package instructions, folding into a circular shape about the size of the Kaiser roll. Once the egg holds its shape, add two slices of cheese on top of the egg and cover with a lid for about 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, spread ketchup and sprinkle salt and pepper onto both halves of the roll.

Once the cheese is melted, place egg and cheese on the bottom half of the Kaiser roll, then the cooked bacon on top, followed by the top bun. For a true deli experience, wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and cut in half. Enjoy warm and melty!
