INGREDIENTS
- 16oz spaghetti
- 2 Tbsb olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb plant-based meat
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 24oz your favorite tomato sauce
- 1 stick plant-based butter
- 1 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 2 cups GOOD PLANeT Olive Oil Mozzarella Cheese Shreds + 1/2 cup for topping

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oven to 350*F. Spray individual ramekins with olive oil. You can also make in a single 9″ x 13″ baking pan.

Cool spaghetti according to packaging instructions and set aside.

Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Saute the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Add the ground plant-based meat and cook through. Melt in the butter, plant-based milk and cheese and mix until fully incorporated.

To assemble, in your oven safe ramekins or 9″ x 13″ dish, layer the sauce, add spaghetti, another layer or sauce and then top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Add 10 minutes to baking time if using a larger casserole dish. Let cool and enjoy!
