- 7 oz plant-based pastry dough
- 6 GOOD PLANeT Original Cheese Wedges (1-4oz package)
- All-purpose flour, for dusting

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a floured surface, roll out the pastry dough into a 12×10 rectangle. Cut in half to create two 12×5 rectangles.
Place wedges, evenly spaced, onto one of the 12×5 pastry sheets, leaving room at the edges. Lay the other 12×5 sheet over and lightly press in between the wedges. Using a pizza cutter, cut pastry in between wedges to create individual wedge triangles. Pinch the edges of each triangle together around the entire wedge.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on each side, flipping halfway.
Enjoy hot and melty!
