INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp plant-based butter
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for about a minute.

Slowly add the beer, whisking as you pour. Then add the milk and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it has thickened a bit. Add in all the spices and combine.

Add the cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Serve immediately with pretzel bites, veggies, or chips
