- 2 Tbsp plant-based butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 bag (7oz) GOOD PLANeT Olive Oil Mexican Blend Shreds
- 1 bag (7oz) GOOD PLANeT Olive Oil Cheddar Shreds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro

DIRECTIONS
1.
In a medium saucepan, melt the plant-based butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk continuously until small bubbles start to form, about 1 minute, ensuring it doesn’t start to brown.

Slowly pour in milk, stirring continuously until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and add in cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Stir in optional toppings or add to top before serving with chips.
