INGREDIENTS
- 2 flatbreads
- 1/2 cup GOOD PLANeT Foods Olive Oil Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup GOOD PLANeT Foods Olive Oil Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup asparagus, cut in 1-inch pieces and blanched or lighted sautéed
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & Papper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Fresh basil for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1.
Preheat oven to 420°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a reusable silicone mat.

Place flatbreads on the baking sheet. Spread the pesto in a thin layer on each flatbreads.
3.
Evenly sprinkle the olive oil cheeses over each flatbread. Spread out the veggies and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes then drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
4.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
5.
Once out of the oven, top with lemon zest and basil before enjoying.
