INGREDIENTS
- GOOD PLANeT Pepper Jack Cheese Wedges (1-4oz package)
 - 1 can of pumpkin puree
 - 1/2 cup of sugar
 - 1 tsp of cinnamon
 - 1/8th cup almond milk
 - 1/4th cup plant-based butter
 - Your favorite plant-based pastry dough

Pepper Jack Snackable Wedges
DIRECTIONS
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.
On a floured surface, roll out the pastry dough into a 12″x10″ rectangle. Cut into 6 equal squares.
3.
Place 1 GOOD PLANeT Pepper Jack Wedge in the center of each square of dough.
4.
Mix up your pumpkin, sugar, almond milk and cinnamon until smooth. Then put a Tbsp of the mixture on top of the wedges and carefully fold the dough around the filling.
5.
Bake for 15 minutes on 400°F and enjoy!
