INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp plant-based butter, divided
- 4 oz GOOD PLANeT Foods Real Smoked Cheddar wheel, shredded, divided
- 4 oz GOOD PLANeT Foods Real Smoked Gouda wheel, thinly sliced, divided
- 4 slices bread

DIRECTIONS

Heat 1 Tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once the butter is melted, add 2 slices of bread. On one slice of bread, add 2 ounces of the shredded cheddar. On the other slice, 2 ounces of the sliced gouda. Reduce the heat to low, and toast the sandwiches, covered, until all the cheese is melty, and the bread is golden brown and crispy, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Remove the lid, increase the heat to medium, and sandwich the 2 pieces of bread together. Continue to cook, uncovered, until the bread is golden brown and crispy, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining slices of butter, bread, and cheese.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
