INGREDIENTS

  • 1-7 oz Smoked White Cheddar & Cranberry Wheel
  • 1-7.5 oz can of your favorite plant-based biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp cranberry sauce or your favorite jam
  • 1 8oz package of your favorite plant-based cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of your favorite plant-based butter

DIRECTIONS

1.

Preheat oven to 375°F and butter an oven-safe dish.

2.

Roll your biscuits into 10 equal balls to fill the edges of your oven-safe dish creating a hole in the center.

3.

In a bowl, grate the Smoked White Cheddar & Cranberry Cheese Wheel and add the plant-based cream cheese. Mix well and add to the center of the biscuits.

4.

Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is nicely melted.

5.

Top the center mixture with 3 Tbsp of cranberry sauce or jam and let bake for another 5 minutes.

6.

Let cool and enjoy with friends and family!
